Jo is a Seattle-based art director, designer, and artist who blends fine arts training with over a decade of creative industry experience. At Amazon, he creates campaigns for global audiences, directly shaping how messages are designed, localized, and delivered.
Before Amazon, Jo co-launched a digital signage company and directed creative content creation for 20,000 screens in retail spaces nationwide. His career began in live video as a camera operator. His keen eye for composition and movement still shapes his work today.
Jo has accumulated real world expertise in editing, motion, animation, and design, and in 2025 he earned a fine arts degree to further develop his creative technique. He fuses artistry and design craft to create memorable experiences that are impactful, and on-brand.
